Rotoven privacy notice

Updated October 6, 2026.

Rotoven is a private-preview tool for creating characters, stories, images, voices and videos. For privacy questions or requests about your account and content, contact privacy@rotoven.com.

Invite requests

When you ask for an invite on the front page, Rotoven stores the email address you enter, what you said you would make first if you add it, and a one-way hash of your network address used only to limit repeated requests. We use the email to send your invite and nothing else. To have a request deleted, write to privacy@rotoven.com.

Account and sign-in

When you sign in with Google, Google supplies your account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. Rotoven uses this information to authenticate your account. Google sign-in does not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or YouTube. Supabase provides authentication, and your browser stores session cookies to keep you signed in. A preview access code controls admission separately from sign-in.

Creative work

Rotoven stores the projects, characters, descriptions, prompts, conversations, uploaded references, generated media and creative decisions you save or submit. This allows you to return to your work and use selected material in later creation steps. Admitted accounts receive separate workspaces; an invitation does not give another user access to your projects.

Services that process data

Cloudflare hosts the application and media storage. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Resend delivers authentication emails. When you use creative features, the inputs and relevant project context needed for the requested operation are sent to the configured model service, including Meta for the creative agent, FAL and its selected model providers for media generation, and ElevenLabs (or the explicitly configured fallback provider) for voice features. If an alternative agent provider such as OpenRouter is configured, that provider processes the corresponding agent requests.

The current Meta Contributor service may use prompts and completions for training. Speaking to the agent sends that recording to ElevenLabs to write it down; the recording isn’t kept. Other providers handle submitted data under their own terms and privacy policies. Avoid submitting confidential material or another person's personal information without appropriate permission.

Operational information

Rotoven processes request and error information to operate and troubleshoot the preview. Access-code protection records redemption attempts, account identifiers and a hash derived from the request's network address to limit repeated attempts. Hosting and authentication services may also process network and device information as part of operating their services.

Retention and requests

Saved creative work and account records remain available for the ongoing preview; there is currently no automatic expiry for all project data. To request access, correction or deletion of your account or stored work, email the contact above. Some operational records or provider-held copies may remain subject to the relevant service's retention practices. Deleting material from Rotoven does not itself reverse processing already performed by a model provider.

This notice will be updated when the preview's data practices change.
